REFUND/Cancelation POLICY -
Refunds will be made up to 7 days prior to the start of camp minus a $50 Service Fee. Full refunds will be made for medical reasons (please submit Dr’s Note) up to the day before the camp begins. No refunds after the camp begins. we must be notified the day before that the student will not attend and then the refund will be issued upon receipt of medical excuse.
If a day of camp is cancelled due to inclement weather, the day will be made up on the next available day (Usually the Friday of the camp week)
